RECEPTION CENTER FOR CHECK-IN

The CondoLux office is located at 311 17th Avenue South in the CITY OF NORTH MYRTLE BEACH. Myrtle Beach is a seperate city than North Myrtle Beach, and some guests confuse the northern section of Myrtle Beach with the City of North Myrtle Beach. GPS systems often guide guests to 17th Avenue South in Myrle Beach or 17th Avenue South in Surfside Beach because those cities have the same numbered streets. If you are coming in on Highway 501, look for 22 East between Aynor and Conway and take 22 East to its end, then head North on Hwy 17. Stay on Highway 17 North for approximately 3 miles, then turn right on to 17th Avenue South. Continue on 17th Avenue South almost to the Oean and you will see CondoLux on the right. If you are entering the City of North Myrtle Beach on Highway 17 South or on Highway 9 (which becomes Highway 17 South), you will cross the birdge over the Intercoastal Waterway. From that point, you will traxel approximately 4 miles on Highway 17 South, then turn on 17th Avenue South. The office will be on the right. If you are traveling during our office hours and need further direction, please do not hestitate to call us at 1-800-624-6418 or 1-843-272-2073. Check in begins at 3 p.m. upon completion of housekeeping services. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (your cooperation is appreciated.) There may be a full day charge for a late checkout.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: VACATION RENTALS

Credit card number is required on all reservations or a cash security deposit of $200.00 is required at check in. Deposit is due seven days after reservations are made and can be paid with a personal check or credit card. A charge of $30 will be added for any returned check. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check in for verification and signature.

It is the renter's responsibility to have adequate funds in their account during the time of deposit or final payment when paying by check or debit card. CondoLux will not be responsible for any overdraft fees from your bank or financial institution due to lack of funding. All cards are processed accordingly during the time of purchase.

A departure inspection fee will be added to all rentals: 1 bedroom/$50; 2 bedrooms/$60; 3 bedrooms/$70; 4 bedrooms/$80; all homes and XL condos/$100

DEPOSIT POLICY: VACATION RENTALS

A deposit is required for any reservation that is made. For spring and fall reservations the fee is $300.00. For reservations in June, July, & August the deposit is $500.00. The deposit fee is due within seven days of making the reservation and may be paid by personal check, certified funds, or credit card. There will be a $30 charge for any returned check. If using a credit card for a deposit, a signature will be obtained upon arrival at Condolux.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do NOT purchase travel insurance: A full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the property is NOT re-rented, your money is forfeited. Also, if you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited.

If you purchase travel insurance: CSA Travel Insurance provides insurance against certain types of emergency cancellations. For the most up-to-date coverage provided by CSA Travel Insurance, please visit their website here.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is an easy way to protect your vacation from unforeseen circumstances such as hurricanes, sickness or injury, and delayed flights. It does NOT cover you if your cancellation is not an emergency. Please read the attached information to learn more.

We also offer a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $30, which covers you up to $3000 for accidental room damages during your stay. This Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.

BEACH HOME DEPOSIT POLICY

Beach Home rentals require a 30% deposit of total cost within 7 days after reservation is made.

BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: GOLF PACKAGES AND VACATION RENTALS

We accept personal checks and certified funds for final payment, as well as Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Golf groups must pay balance with one check at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check-out is 10:00 am. ATTENTION GOLFERS: Those golfing on day of departure must check-out prior to tee off. Credit card used for advance deposits must be presented at check-in for verification and signature.

RENTAL POLICY

CondoLux reserves the right to rent only to adults over 30 years of age and strictly prohibits rentals to students or minors under 30 years of age. The owner sets the number of people a unit accommodates and this is the maximum allowed in that unit. Your cooperation is appreciated. Furnishings are not to be moved. There will be a $50 charge on any moved furniture.

DEPARTURE CLEAN, LINEN RENTAL AND MAID SERVICE POLICY

Free sofa linens provided at office. Linen fees are required and are based on the number of bedrooms. 1 bedroom:   $25.00, 2 bedrooms: $40.00, 3 bedrooms: $55.00, 4 bedrooms: $65.00,   5 Bedrooms: $75.00, 6 bedrooms: $85.00, 7 bedrooms: $95.00, 8 bedrooms: $125.00

Departure clean is included in all weekly reservations. Maid service packages available at extra charge. 1 bedroom $20 per day, 2 bedroom $30 per day, 3 bedroom $40 per day, 4 bedroom $50 per day, Houses $75.00 per day with 3-day minimum. Golf packages include a midweek maid service, linens and departure clean. We cannot guarantee bed sizes or quantities.

DEPARTURE CLEAN UP POLICY

Condominiums that are left in excessively dirty condition can be assessed an additional $200.00 cleaning fee. Renters are responsible for leaving kitchens in acceptably clean condition, (ex. pots, pans and utensils put in dishwasher and turned on. Food disposed of, trash taken out, etc.). Keys are to be returned to our office, if not returned a $20.00 charge per key will be assessed. Guest bringing animals into rental property will be assessed an additional $500.00 odor removal fee.

GOLFER TEE TIMES

The primary leader is responsible for all tee times arranged by CondoLux. Tee time changes will be billed at the rate of $5.00 per change. No tee time changes or cancellations are allowed 72 hours prior to each tee time.

APPLIANCE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS:

Many of our units contain a variety of conveniences such as air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, hot tubs, pools and other amenities which receive an unusually high degree of use, especially during the summer season. Should any of these devices break down during your stay, please report it to our office and we will do our utmost to have it repaired as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds due to failure of appliances, hot tubs, pools, and other amenities during vacation. We do not provide iron and ironing board or hair dryers.

LATE CHECK-IN

A key box is located outside of the CondoLux office. If you are checking in after Condolux hours, one envelope with your name on it will be left inside the key box for the primary guest. You will receive full information on how to open the key box in your email confirmation. Upon departure, all keys must be dropped off at the Condolux office, either at the front desk or the key box. Rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to check-in for after-hour key pick up. Your key will not be in the box if the balance is not paid. Due to security reasons, we cannot leave your parking passes or pool passes inside your key pouch. YOU MUST come by the office to check in to receive these items.

EARLY DEPARTURE

If you are departing early, leave keys in side door of key box outside the Condolux office.

KEYS

If arriving at Condolux during office hours, Mon.-Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m, Sunday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., you may pick your keys up in the office. Upon departure, NEVER leave keys in a unit. If this occurs you will be charged $20 for each key that is left. If you departart during times outside normal Condolux hours, please leave the keys in the key box outside. To operate key box, enter the code 4-2-3 on the black buttons. Turn knob clockwise.

Due to height restrictions and noise ordinances, campers, motor homes, motorcycles or custom high top vans are not allowed on all condo properties. Overflow parking is available at some resorts. Please check with us ahead of time if you plan to bring more than two vehicles. Restrictions apply.
